Details of how to enter and an entry form below.
All exhibits and entry fees must be brought to the Fovant Village Hall between 8.30am and 10.00am on Saturday 31st August 2024, and handed to committee members for display. During this time, no one except for committee members can access the display areas.
Judging will take place between 10.30am and 12.30pm.
The Show will open at 3.00pm for viewing. Presentation of cups/awards and the raffle will take place at 4.00pm.
New entry process:
All entries to be submitted by 5.00pm Thursday 29th August either electronically to lynnegailey@hotmail.com or by hand to either Kingfishers, Sutton Mandeville, SP3 5LU or Buckhurst, Dinton Road, Fovant, SP3 5JW.
Entry forms can be downloaded below or are available to collect from August 1st from Fovant Village Shop, Fovant Village Hall, The Compasses, The Stalls, Ansty Farm Shop, Kenson's Veg Shed and Broad Chalke Shop.
