Dorset Council has introduced a new charge for Wiltshire residents to use the HRC facilities in Shaftesbury and other sites across the County. This will greatly inconvenience residents in many of our villages, as well as those in neighbouring Mere, Nadder Valley and Tisbury. We have put together a cross-Party petition, signed by me, Cllr Wayman (Con), Cllr Murray (Lib Dem) and Cllr Jeans (Ind), which is gathering momentum.
